Where are your products made?
We have always been headquartered in Pianoro (BO ) a town in the Bolognese Apennines, and in this place surrounded by nature our formulas are produced and our products packaged.

Is it possible to distribute Inco products?
The distribution of our products is through direct agents. If you are an agent send your application to segreteria@incocosmetici.com and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Do you also sell to individuals?
Our company produces professional products intended for the hairdressing and beauty sector, so we do not make direct sales to private individuals. Our sales network is aimed at salons and beauty centers, which in turn will be able to sell our product lines to the end customer, always taking care to recommend the best product according to need and demand.
What is meant by INCI?
INCI stands for International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients, an international designation used to indicate the different cosmetic product ingredients on the label.
The adoption of codice INCI was introduced from January 1, 1997 by the European Commission, of fact it is unique for all EU countries, it is mainly intended to identifysubstances to which one may be allergic.
Is the ingredient list found on all cosmetic products?
That's right, the law stipulates that all cosmetics must carry a list of ingredients. This list is preceded by the word "ingredients" or "ingredients." Ingredients will be listed starting with those contained in higher concentration and ending with those contained in lower %.
In case of allergies, where can you find the list of ingredients in your products?
In the presence of conditions such as allergies, it is always preferable to get the advice of your treating physician by showing him or her the list of ingredients of the product you want to buy, we always recommend that you

What is meant by PAO?
PAO stands for Period After Opening and indicates the number of months within which the cosmetic product, once opened, should be consumed.
What happens if I use Inco products after the term indicated by the PAO?
Inco can no longer guarantee the safety of the product, as it cannot be known how it was stored and handled after opening.
Are Inco products tested on animals?
According to European cosmetics regulations, testing on animals is banned. Testing makeup, creams, soaps and perfumes on animals has been banned in the EU since 2004. Tests involving substances that make up cosmetic products have also been banned since 2009. Since 2009 it has also been
banned from selling any kind of cosmetic product that has been tested on animals (including outside Europe).
How do you store Inco products?
Products should be stored naturally in a cool, dry place, avoiding temperature changes and away from heat sources.
What is meant by cosmetic?
According to cosmetics regulations, cosmetic products are "any substance or mixture intended to be applied to the external surfaces of the human body (epidermis, hair system
and hair, nails, lips, external genital organs) or on the teeth and mucous membranes of the mouth for the sole or predominant purpose of cleaning them, perfuming them, changing their appearance, protecting them
keep them in good condition or correct body odors."

Is there a Cosmetic Regulation?
Yes, the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009), which sets standards that
every cosmetic product placed on the market must comply with, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the internal market and a high level of human health protection.
Is there a list of ingredients in cosmetic products?
Yes, the European Inventory of Cosmetic Ingredients, also known as INCI (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredients), is the complete list of ingredients used in products
cosmetics. The new edition, reports more than 17,000 INCI names, which have cross-references to about 65,000 trade names and about 3,800 raw material manufacturers from 98 countries
What is the pH of Inco products?
Each product depending on the formulation has its own ph range. It is not possible to identify a
unique ph for all products.
